I do not offer returns or exchanges of products. If your product is damaged please contact icygirllips@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Emails will need to include order number, a description of damage, and pictures to verify!

Processing Time is 24-48 hrs. Shipping days are as follows ; ( Mondays , Wednesdays , and Fridays ) Express Shipping Time is typically 1-3 business days. Standard Shipping Time are typically 3-5 business days for United States orders. Shipping Time for International orders is typically 8-10 business days.
