Q. Will I get a tracking number?

yes , every order will receive a tracking number.


Q. How do I change or cancel an order?

Every purchase is FINAL unless your product is damaged.


Q. Can I exchange or return an item?

You can only return if product is damaged. Contact through IG @icygirllips and or through Email  (PLEASE PROVIDE A PICTURE OF DAMAGED PRODUCT) 


Q. My item was stolen, how can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
